What’s included in the Shared Pause Tea Bundle?

The bundle includes one pouch of HER – Calm Kiss and one pouch of HIS – Afterglow, with approximately 28 serves per pouch

How are the His and Her blends different?

Each blend has been thoughtfully created with a different flavour profile. HER – Calm Kiss is a light, floral-citrus blend, while HIS – Afterglow is warmer and more robust, with roasted, earthy notes and a hint of spice. Different blends, designed to be enjoyed together.

When is the best time to enjoy the ritual?

We love it in the evening, when the day begins to slow down. Brew your teas, put the distractions aside, and take a few minutes to unwind and reconnect together.

Do both partners need to drink the tea together?

Not at all. Each blend can be enjoyed on its own whenever you feel like slowing down and unwinding. But when you can, enjoying them together creates a simple moment to reconnect at the end of the day.

Ingredients & Quality

What ingredients are used in your blends?

Our blends are made with carefully selected herbs, botanicals and tea ingredients. HER – Calm Kiss features lemon balm, linden blossom, white peony tea, rose petals, ashwagandha root, lemon myrtle and orange peel. HIS – Afterglow combines honeybush, rooibos, ashwagandha root, cinnamon chips, cacao nibs, cracked cardamom pods and orange peel.

Naturally caffeine-free, organically grown and ethically sourced, our blends are packaged in Australia using local and imported ingredients.

Are your teas made with clean, natural ingredients?

Yes. Our blends are made with carefully selected, naturally caffeine-free herbs and botanicals that are organically grown and ethically sourced. There are no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives — just thoughtfully chosen ingredients blended and packaged in Australia.

Do your blends contain caffeine?

No. Both HER – Calm Kiss and HIS – Afterglow are naturally caffeine-free, making them perfect for unwinding and enjoying in the evening.

Where are your teas made and sourced?

Our ingredients are organically grown and ethically sourced, and our teas are blended and packaged in Australia using local and imported ingredients.

Orders, Shipping & Support

How long does shipping take within Australia?

Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Can I purchase accessories separately?

Yes. Our tea accessories can be purchased separately, so you can add extras or replace what you need at any time.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If something isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help. Simply email us with your order number and details of the issue, and we’ll work with you to get it sorted as quickly as possible.
